International MBA program

The International MBA is a double degree program that has no analogues in Ukraine and is implemented by the International Business Institute in partnership with the leading Austrian business school MCI (Management Center Innsbruck).
For whom: C-level executives and owners of companies seeking to operate both in Ukraine and abroad.
Training format:
Training module (face-to-face): 5 days (once a month – from Wednesday to Sunday, 9:30 – 16:45). In intermodule time: online classes and homework.
Program duration:
Beginning – November 20, 2019. Completion – December 2021.

Diploma of Executive MBA of the Business School “International Institute of Business”. Diploma Office (Innsbruck Management Center). Certificate of Association of MBAs.
Cost of education:
The total cost of the International MBA program is: 13,900 euros + 124,000 hryvnias. When concluding the contract, a registration fee of UAH 10,000 is paid (included in the tuition fee). The remaining amount is paid in equal installments and is carried out according to the schedule fixed in the contract (monthly).

Program features:
Study of regional specifics of economic development: analysis of key growth factors in a complex business environment at the local and regional levels; assessing existing market opportunities and finding new alternatives. Understanding global issues: focusing on and understanding the international business environment, its dynamics and the impact of global trends on the national business environment, as well as opportunities for development. Universal approach and integration: multifunctional and interdisciplinary approach allows to solve key management tasks in modern companies, forming conceptual thinking and understanding of multifunctional nature of key management tasks, emphasizing the importance of different management roles and styles. Combination of tools and practices: The vast majority of MBA teachers have unique teaching experience and significant business experience or consulting experience. Most of them have a degree from recognized universities around the world. Business leaders are involved in the learning process as guest speakers enrich the program with personal experiences. Practical training focuses on the applied application of management methods – case studies, group projects, group discussions, etc. These projects mainly concern practical issues and the application of acquired knowledge and skills in their own management activities. Individual tasks take into account the issues that the audience faces in everyday practice. When writing a master’s thesis, students use the tools and learning outcomes obtained during the training to ensure effective resolution of the most important strategic and operational problems that the company may face.
